Armix Form FR9 is specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. The chemicals react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy striping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork. Armix Form FR9 is supplied as a pale straw colored liquid ready for direct application and use.

The strength and durability of concrete mainly depends upon the concrete curing process/method. All the care taken in the selection of materials like mixing, placing, compaction, etc., will bring to naught if curing is neglected. The curing increases, compressive strength, durability, impermeability and abrasion resistance. Proper curing practice is one of the important steps in making high quality concrete. In addition, the length of curing is also important, the first 3 days is most important in the life of Portland cement concrete. The principle of curing is to prevent the evaporation of the capillary water in the concrete so that sufficient water is available for complete hydration of the cement in concrete. It is basically a white liquid for spraying on freshly cast concrete or newly exposed concrete surface after removal of form work, to form a temporary film which will retain sufficient moisture for effective curing to take place. It is basically low viscosity wax emulsion .This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation and in turn helps the concrete to more efficient hydration.

FloArm Hard LI + is a water-based lithium silicate solution used to densify, seal and dustproof concrete surfaces. FloArm Hard LI + penetrates and chemically reacts within the concrete surface, producing extremely hard and dense calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) in the pores. The result is concrete that is more durable, easier to clean, and more resistant to damage from water and mild chemicals. Because the product of the lithium silicate-concrete reaction is formed internally, the protection of FloArm Hard LI + never peels or flakes off, is unaffected by moisture, and lasts much longer than surface sealers and coatings.

Ready to use non-metallic floor and surface hardener, based on combination of natural and hard aggregates. The well graded grains/aggregates play an important role in the physical properties of abrasion and wear resistance. It is basically a blend of port land cement and special additives to improve workability, this combination produces a material which is easy to trowel into the fresh surface concrete. FloArm Hard Q(M) provides a dense non-porous surface which is extremely hard wearing and abrasion resistant the standards are quality controlled, factory blended and is ready to use at the site. The floor hardener designed being a non-metallic is antiskid, are rendered tough, wear resistant, dust free, does not rust and do not disintegrate from the floor. It bonds monolithically to the base concrete and it can be applied to

both old and new concrete floors. It can be applied for wet rooms as well as outdoor applications.

ArmGrout HF 66 is polyester based two component resin system specially made to give excellent anchorage .ArmGrout HF 66 can be used to an anchor size of 25mm Diameter into concrete, rock, masonry or brick work where high speed of installation and early application of load is required.

ArmGrout M-65 E is recommended for precision grouting where it is essential to with stand static & dynamic load in typical applications like base plate of Generators, compressors, boilers etc. It is basically a free flow non shrink, high strength expansive grout. It’s formulation is based on port land cement, graded aggregates and additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state. The non-shrink grout function is three folds, to fill the voids between the base plate and the concrete foundations completely and permanently without shrinkage or separating from either, to transfer all loads from the base plate to the concrete foundation and to maintain precise alignment. It effectively transfers all operational loads to the foundation.

ArmGrout Additive is a specially formulated grouting aid. It plasticize the mix allowing for substantial reduction in water content without affecting the fluidity, thus improving the strength and impermeability of the grout. During the setting period of the grout it produces controlled expansion to compensate the normal plastic shrinkage of cement.

General:

A single pack powder grout additive which when added to cement produces a free flow non-shrink grout.

ReArm Bond EBA is a solvent free epoxy resin, which is supplied as a two-pack component in pre- weighed quantities for ready to mix and use condition.

ReArm SBR 45 is a modified Styrene butadiene Rubber emulsion specially designed for use as a mortar modifier for cementitious systems and a bonding aid. It is suitable as an admixture for obtaining waterproof concrete, plasters and

mortars. It is also suitable for preparation of repair mortars damaged and spalled concrete.
